KVUC has implemented a digital signage solution from Delfi Technologies, which streamlines room management and provides both staff and students with a quick overview of rooms, meetings, and people – all updated in real time.
With many rooms and frequent schedule changes, it is crucial for KVUC to ensure accurate and clear signage without using paper and manual systems.
The wireless room signs are integrated with both Outlook and Ludus Web and update automatically, creating structure in a busy everyday environment.

updating directly from the mobile phone
A major advantage of the digital room signage solution is that staff can update the signs directly on-site via an app (BreeceGo) on their smartphone.
– It makes a huge difference in everyday life that we can just take the phone out of our pocket and change a sign immediately. If you walk past a room and notice something is wrong, it can be corrected on the spot – without having to go back to the office or log onto a PC. Ludus integration: overview for students and teachers
Through the integration with Ludus, the teaching schedule is automatically displayed on the signs outside the classrooms. Schedule changes are continuously updated, so students and teachers always have access to the latest information. This saves time and makes navigation in the building easier.
Ludus is an administrative system for youth and adult education, handling schedules, student data, grades, attendance, and exams. The system provides administration, teachers, and students with a complete overview via a user-friendly web portal.
